David has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1993. Before forming Schneider & Miller, now Schneider Miller Reynolds, P.C, David worked as an associate and later a partner at large and mid-sized Dallas firms, as well as in a successful solo practice. This range of experience gives David a unique perspective in efficiently handling small matters or the most complex matters. David represents businesses and individuals on both sides of the docket. He has had particular success in commercial, contingent fee matters.

- Co-counsel for over 6 million member certified class in commercial breach of warranty case against automobile manufacturer.
- Co-counsel for certified class in truth-in-lending case against mortgage lender.
- Obtained permanent injunction against former employee in trade secret case.
- Successfully defended commercial property owner in case alleging negligence and failure to supervise.
- Successfully defended employer in case alleging sexual harassment and multiple other torts.
- Reached significant settlement against large brokerage house for fraudulent annuity sales.
